Jonathan, Fayose meet at Bayelsa gov primary

In what may be considered as their first public meeting after the 2015 general elections, Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State, on Thursday, met with former President Goodluck Jonathan in his ancestral home, Bayelsa State.

Both chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), met at the venue of the party’s Bayelsa governorship primary election, being conducted by Fayose.

The governor was one of the most vociferous supporter of ex-President Jonathan in the March 28 Presidential election, where Jonathan eventually lost to President Muhammadu Buhari, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC)
